You can order what you need taking advantage of our buying economies of scale and - we will do the organising for you.

You do not need to be a Kirby property letting agency customer to order here.

All you need to do is to complete the on line form in full and we will contact you or your tenants for access arrangements

Gas Safety Test Certificate with boiler service – carried out by our CORGI – Registered GAS Engineer

Web rate £29.95 + VAT is a safety test of all plug in items including integrated kitchen appliances – 12 month certificate * lt is a legal requirement to provide this in rental property where portable appliances are supplied by a landlord. Click Here to Apply.

Periodic Wiring Test Report – carried out by our Niceic Registered Electrician

Web rate £127.00 + VAT detailed safety report of ring mains, power circuits, lighting circuits and earth bonding -5 year certificate * Demonstrate how diligent you have been in checking the main electrics of your rental property.
